Majority of the patients here are Asian. They have translators for Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Thai, Laos and Spanish.
The clinic accepts most insurance and Medicare.

The new Chen Medical Center now belongs to a cooperation (medical practice group) own by the Sacred Heart Hospital.

The main office physician is Dr. Suchat Pong (on left).
Khun Angela, Dr. Chen's sister, (on right) is the office manager.

Dr. Suchat is specialized in Family Practice and General Surgery.
He graduated from Sirirad Hospital, Thailand, in 1966 and went on with his internship at the Uniontown Hospital in Pennsylvania. He is fluent in Thai, Cantonese, Laos and English. Currently, Dr. Suchat is a full time staff at the Sacred Heart Hospital and mainly works at this clinic. His previously worked at the Grant Hospital from 1974-2001.

Most of the same staffs at the clinic are still working there.

Tuesdays are the "full-service day" at the clinic. There are more services available on that day, such as cardiology consultation, surgery consultation, x-ray, ultrasound, echo cardiogram and stress test. It is the busiest day of the week, so please call in advance.
